I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all my clients, the following policies are honored:

Completion of Forms Required

To ensure I provide you with the best service possible and rule out any treatment contraindications, you will be required to complete health history forms, sign treatment disclosures and waivers.  The disclosures and waivers will provide additional information about your service.  We will review them at your appointment to answer any questions you may have.  I will provide  the names of the forms you'll need to prior to your service at the time of booking.  They can be found on the Client Forms page or please arrive 10-15 minutes early for completion at your appointment.

Deposit Required

All appointments require a $25 deposit at the time of booking and is applied towards your service.  If you cancel after the 24 hour period or no-show, your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice your deposit will be forfeited.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Your deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
